Local Delivery Information

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday from our warehouse distribution center and our deliveries are made between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM or until the delivery trucks are empty.

You can choose your delivery day but not a specific appointment time.

Delivery Time Frames:

A three hour delivery window will be assigned to you before your scheduled delivery.

10:00AM - 1:00PM or 2:00PM - 5:00PM

Cancelling/Updating an Order:

To cancel or make changes to an order scheduled for delivery, we must have 24 hour notice. Please contact Customer Service in order to do so.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of $75.00

Do I have to assemble my furniture?

Yes, we provide in-home delivery along with a detailed inspection of your merchandise, and removal of all packing materials from your home.

How can I prepare for my delivery?

In preparation for your delivery, please remove pictures, accessories, etc. from your walls to prevent damage. Keep children and pets secure during the delivery to prevent injury. Also ensure that the area where you would like your furniture placed is free and clear of old furniture and any items that may obstruct the passageway of the delivery team. V-Dub Furniture will deliver, inspect, and remove all packing materials from your home. Our delivery teams are not permitted to move your existing furniture, electronics, or other household belongings and cannot set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, or make electrical connections for entertainment units.

When will my furniture be delivered?

IN-STOCK ITEMS will be scheduled for delivery upon your request and based on availability. You can schedule your delivery with your sales representative or our inventory manager. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS will be scheduled for delivery when they arrive at our warehouse distribution center. Our inventory manager will contact you to schedule delivery. ***All deliveries are scheduled for the soonest possible time slot***

Do I have to wait at home during my entire delivery window?

Yes. Someone 18 or older must be present at time of delivery and during the assigned delivery window. If a delivery window is missed and a rescheduling is needed a new delivery fee will be charged and scheduled for the next available time slot.

How can I confirm my delivery?

Call the day before your scheduled delivery to confirm your order is on the delivery route.

Why can't I choose my timeframe for delivery? Or can I get a shorter window?

Our delivery routes are zoned and scheduled based on the location of your residence. We always strive to be on time however certain situations may be beyond our control (i.e. traffic jams, bad weather, mechanical malfunction, or other unforeseen delays). Because of these unexpected delays we cannot schedule shorter window times or appointments

Some of the items on my order are not yet in stock. Can I receive my furniture in multiple deliveries?

Yes you can, however we do charge for each trip to your residence.

If I don't live near a V-Dub Furniture showroom, can I still have furniture delivered to my home?

We only deliver locally throughout the greater Phoenix area.
