This place is awesome. We were kindly greeted when we entered the store. Then given some information and then LEFT ALONE to browse... Wow what a different experience from other stores we had recently been at. Our sales reps checked on us a couple time and asked if they could help us with any questions. We purchase a very nice SERTA iCOMFORT mattress set at nearly $300 less than mattress firm. We also purchased the adjustable base which was amazing too and got a $500 discount on the base frame. - Great deal and great store. I love to shop local and support small business' and this company is doing things right :)

We had a great experience! My fiancé and I purchased a sectional for our first house and were helped by Elliot. He was helpful, informative and did not pressure us into buying. It was a very comfortable buying experience. Once we decided to purchase he communicated very well as to what couches would be in stock, and when ordering would be necessary. We were able to pick up our sectional as soon as we could as he let us call back and make an appointment. I called to come back the next day and get our new, and to us very exciting, purchase. Elliot met me inside and finalized the order and set me up to drive my truck around to load. I have to say, I was impressed mostly by the loading crew. They were incredibly nice and helpful to me. They loaded the truck and strapped the sectional down for me. I expressed to them that I was concerned to be driving on the freeway back to my home loaded down with furniture so they doubled and tripled checked to make sure I would be confident driving home. I really appreciated that and believe it was far above quality service to say the least. Thank you V Dub for getting us set up in our new home with our new purchase.

I went into this store looking for a set of reclining sofa's. I had seen a similar item at another store that I liked but wanted to see what this store could do. I had seen them advertise that they would beat any price. I ended up getting the same set. But I also got an Additional cupholder console piece and it was $100 cheaper. So I ended up getting more furniture at less money. My furniture arrived and was in great condition. We are very pleased with our purchase and the service that we received. This place is great.

I received a call that the fabric I picked out was on backorder. They gave me 2 options. #1- I could come in and choose another fabric and they would rush order the fabric in for me or #2- I could wait for the original fabric I picked out to come back into stock. The inventory department was very helpful. I decided to wait for my original fabric that I picked out. It ended up taking about 2 weeks longer than I originally planned but I have done custom furniture before and understand that there are alot of variable that take place between the time it was purchased and the the time it gets delivered to my door step. The delivery guys were very courteous and good to work with. I paid a third of what I would have expected to pay for customer furniture. Great value and LARGE selection. Very happy with my purchase.
